Refund Policies

Please read following cancellation and refund policy before you pay for any of the services provided by Hive Counseling Services.

  • For all the services and courses, no refund is possible at any situation.
  • For online counseling, please make sure that you have Broadband/Fibernet/High Speed Mobile Data connection. If there is any problem from the client’s internet connection, no refund will be provided. If there is any internet connection problem from the counselor’s side, he will give you a slot in your convenient time sooner. The payment you would do is for only 1 counseling session. If that session ends before 1 Hour,  you cannot ask for refund for the non utilized minutes for the reason that the 1 Hour slot is booked exclusively for you. You should be on time and report to the counselor within 20 minutes from the time of appointment. If it does not happen, it will be taken as no show and your session will be cancelled. No refund will be provided. You should stick to the timing. The session cannot be rescheduled.
  • In case of duplicate payment, end user to approach accounts department for refund with proof of the transaction reference/ your bank statement or for any adjustments to be made.
  • IMPORTANT: By submitting a payment through the online-payments site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions including any updated changes in terms and conditions from time to time through our website.
  • Fee slots cannot be changed. The management shall not take any responsibility on issues pertaining to bank side transaction issues.
  • Service charges to be bore by parent as applicable.
  • In case of prior cancellation before 1 day in pre booking case, Money will be refunded within 7 working days. After 1 day of time period before the scheduled slot, no money will be refunded. Alternative class can be arranged.
